The feedback from our partners is paramount in Skills/Compétences Canada (SCC) continuing to offer relevant and effective programs that make a positive impact on Canadians across the country. This past year has been extremely challenging for everyone and SCC will be engaging with our partners through this online session including a breakout room discussion to hear from our partners about their priorities in the coming months.
Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace has been a topic that has gained traction over the past several years, but what does that really mean? Marco will share some of his personal lived experiences as a person with a disability in the workforce, what it was like to build a business from the ground up and how utilizing the 9 essential skills can make changes in attitude, the physical environment and the way to interact with others to make a lasting impact as we move towards the future of inclusive workplaces across Canada.
This session will be ASL interpreted for D/deaf, deafened, or hard-of-hearing attendees.
