Accessibility and Inclusion session featuring keynote Mr. Marco Pasqua - Registration Required

Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace has been a topic that has gained traction over the past several years, but what does that really mean? Marco will share some of his personal lived experiences as a person with a disability in the workforce, what it was like to build a business from the ground up and how utilizing the 9 essential skills can make changes in attitude, the physical environment and the way to interact with others to make a lasting impact as we move towards the future of inclusive workplaces across Canada.

This session will be ASL interpreted for D/deaf, deafened, or hard-of-hearing attendees.

Marco Pasqua is an award-winning Entrepreneur, Accessibility Consultant and Inspirational Speaker with Cerebral Palsy. Throughout his life, Marco has been involved with a number of organizations as a spokesperson, helping to spread advocacy for persons with disabilities across Canada. As an Accessibility and Inclusion Consultant, he has worked with some of BC's biggest change-driven business leaders who are champions for more accessible, inclusive workplaces.
